What happens after you reach out

A member of our team reviews every enquiry personally — there's no automated property-matching bot deciding what you see. For a specific property, we'll confirm current availability and price before scheduling a viewing or call, since off-market conditions can change listing status faster than the website updates.

If you're contacting us from outside Rwanda, let us know your timezone and preferred contact method (WhatsApp voice note, video call, or email) and we'll work around it — most of our diaspora clients are 2 to 10 hours behind or ahead of Kigali time.

For diaspora clients specifically

We schedule calls and video viewings around your evening or weekend availability wherever you are — UK, US and Canadian time zones are the most common, but we also work regularly with clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, Australia, Kenya and the UAE. If WhatsApp voice or video calls are easier than a scheduled call, say so in your first message.

What to Have Ready

If you're buying

Have a rough budget in RWF or USD, your preferred district or neighbourhood, and property type (house, apartment, villa, land or commercial). If you've already seen a specific listing, note its reference number — it's shown near the price on every property page, in the format KYP-0000. If you're buying from abroad, mention your location and timezone so we can plan video calls around it — see our buying from abroad guide for what the remote process looks like.

If you're selling

Have your title documents and ID on hand, along with the property's approximate size, condition and any current tenancy. This lets us give you a realistic valuation range on the first call rather than a generic estimate — see property valuation for how we calculate it.

If you're renting

Tell us your budget per month, preferred area, and move-in date. Landlords: we'll ask for proof of ownership before we advertise a rental on your behalf, which protects both you and prospective tenants.

If you need due diligence only

Send us the property's UPI (Unique Parcel Identification) number if you have it, plus any documents the seller has already shared. We can review a property you found through another agent or seller — see request due diligence.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a physical office I can visit?

We work primarily by scheduled viewings and calls rather than a public walk-in office, which lets our team spend more time on-site verifying properties. If you'd like to meet in person, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a time and location.

Can you help me even if I'm not ready to buy yet?

Yes. Many of our diaspora clients start with a market overview call months before they're ready to commit. There's no obligation and no cost to ask questions early.

I already found a property elsewhere — can you still help with due diligence?

Yes, we offer standalone title verification and due diligence even if you found the property through another agent or seller directly. See request due diligence.

What information should I include in my first message?

Whether you're buying, selling or renting, your rough budget or asking price, preferred location, and timeline. For a specific listing, include the reference number (e.g. KYP-0105) shown on the property page.
