Gasabo hosts much of Kigali's higher-end retail and hospitality — Kigali Heights, Inzovu Mall, Simba Gacuriro Mall — along with the Kigali Convention Centre and a concentration of international schools. Road infrastructure in the established neighbourhoods (Nyarutarama, Kimihurura, Kacyiru) is generally strong; newer or outer areas can vary more in tarmac coverage.

Getting around Gasabo
Gasabo's established neighbourhoods are well served by Kigali's main arterial roads, and proximity to KN roads connecting to the city centre is a genuine factor in relative pricing between similar properties. Newer or outer sections of the district — further into Kinyinya and beyond — are still catching up in road quality, which is worth checking directly for any specific plot rather than assuming district-wide consistency.
